Where do you ship?
We ship from Edmonton, Alberta to customers across Canada and the United States.
How much is shipping?
Canada: CA$12 tracked shipping, free on orders of CA$95 or more. United States: US$12 tracked shipping, free on orders of US$95 or more.
When will my order arrive?
Orders ship from Edmonton within 7 days of being placed, and you'll get an email with tracking as soon as yours is on its way. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 5 to 7 days within Canada and 7 to 10 days to the United States.
Can I return a bowtie?
Yes, within 15 days of delivery. It needs to be unworn and returned with its matching lapel pin (and cufflinks, for The Walnut) in its original wooden gift box. Contact us through our Contact page with your order number first and we'll send the return address. Return shipping is paid by the customer, and approved refunds go back to your original payment method.
Will I pay duties on a US order?
Orders shipped to the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes or brokerage fees charged by US customs or the carrier. These aren't included in our prices or shipping rates.
Do your bowties make good gifts?
That's what they're built for. Most of our bowties arrive in a wooden gift box, ready to give (or keep), and most include a matching lapel pin. Each product page lists exactly what's in the box.
Will it fit my neck?
Almost certainly. Every bowtie is on an adjustable strap that fits necks from 33 to 51 cm (13 to 20 in).
Are the bowties pre-tied?
Yes. Every bowtie comes pre-tied on an adjustable silk strap that fastens with a clasp, so there's no knot to learn. It looks sharp all night.
How do I care for my bowtie?
A gentle wipe is all it needs to stay clean.
