Refund policy

Returns

We want you to love your bowtie. If it's not right for you, you can return it within 15 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your bowtie must be:

• Unworn and in the same condition you received it
• Returned with its matching lapel pin (and cufflinks, for The Walnut)
• Returned in its original wooden gift box

Return shipping is paid by the customer. We recommend a tracked shipping service, as we can't be responsible for returns lost in transit.

How to start a return

Contact us through our Contact page with your order number, and we'll send you the return address and instructions. Items sent back without first contacting us won't be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know whether it's approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Please allow some time for your bank or card issuer to process it.
